Miguel Enciso is a true pickleball aficionado with over four decades of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the game. A Southern California native, Miguel was introduced to pickleball at a young age and has been hooked ever since.

Former USAPA Ambassador for Oak Park (CA) he is a pickleball coach and influencer (39K+ Followers). His expertise and passion have earned him a position as a coach at the Nike Pickleball Camp at Pepperdine University. This prestigious camp provides aspiring pickleball players with the opportunity to learn from top-tier instructors and refine their skills.

At the moment Miguel is the Pickleball Director at the Westlake Athletic Club in Westlake Village (CA) and Head Pro at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks (CA).

He also wrote the song THE PICKLEBALL LIFE! Miguel's message to pickleball enthusiasts and newcomers alike is simple and inspiring: "Come on out and see what the fun is all about and always, ALWAYS…PADDLE UP!"

Alex Simon is one of the world’s top pickleball coaches. As a player, he reached the #2 singles ranking in the world (Champions Tour/DUPR) and competed full-time on the PPA and APP Tours where he earned several gold, silver and bronze medals. In 2023, Alex also teamed up with fellow Brazilian and Davis Cup Captain Jaime Oncins to play for Oklahoma City Punishers in the National Pickleball League. He currently resides in Las Vegas and coaches some of the world’s top pickleball touring pros, including PPA top-40 player Patrick Kawka, up-and-coming teenage sensation Lauren Mercado and several others. In addition, he has also been working with tennis legend Andre Agassi on his pickleball game. Alex runs pickleball camps and clinics in the United States and abroad, including Asia, Europe and Africa. 

Since 2018, Matt PaneGasser has transformed his passion for pickleball into a multifaceted career. He founded Quatro Pickleball and serves as the IPTPA Director for Mexico, demonstrating his commitment to growing the sport and upholding high teaching standards.

Matt's prowess extends to the court. A Level II Certified Professional and Team Selkirk member, he actively competes on the Senior Pro Tour.

His reach extends globally through ownership of pickleball pro operations in Cabo, Italy, and Dubai.

An active player himself, Matt exemplifies unwavering dedication by continuously pushing his limits.

Matt is a true asset to pickleball, inspiring others through his teaching, leadership, and competitive spirit.

Riley is a Certified Professional Coach with three years of experience and multiple coaching certifications, including. Over the past three years, Riley has coached players of all levels, from individuals to large group clinics. As one of the head professionals at the prestigious JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, home of the PPA Foot Solutions tournament, she has worked with more than 2,800 students from around the globe. Riley's expertise extends to teaching players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.

Riley competed in over 24 national events with the APP, PPA, and USA Pickleball associations, demonstrating her own passion and skill for the game. Her competitive experience allows her to provide valuable insights and strategies to her students.

Currently, she runs a thriving pickleball program in Scottsdale, AZ, serving more than 250 students weekly. Her dedication to her students and her passion for pickleball are evident in the great success of her program.

Grew up in Milan, Italy. Converted from Paddle Tennis to Pickleball in 2023. In his first Pro PPA Pickleball tournament in January of 2023, Ernesto played Ben Johns on central court at the Hyundai Masters in Palm Springs after making it all the way through the qualifiers. Russo, as the star and main protagonist in the soon to be released reality-documentary ‘Kings of Venice’ about the rivalry of paddle tennis and pickleball, mentioned to Ben that he would be coming for him very soon, making the story even more exciting.
Ernesto was one of the top junior players under 18 in Italy and competed against the likes of Wavrinka, Seppi, and Bagdatis. He also played on the Pro Tennis Tour in Asia.
In addition, Ernesto hwas a former luxury brand fashion model in Europe and Shanghai and has rocked the runway for brands such as Versace and Dolce and Gabbana and graced life-sized billboards in Milan for Dirk Bikkembergs.
 

Dave Weinbach, known as the "Badger," has become a celebrated figure in the world of pickleball, winner of 215 GOLD Medals (#1 all time) in the years since he started playing. Hailing from Wisconsin, Dave is not only a successful player but also a dedicated ambassador for the sport. Introduced to pickleball in 2008, he found the combination of outdoor racquet sports, social interaction, and entertainment highly appealing. With a background in tennis and table tennis, Dave seamlessly transitioned into pickleball, describing it as the perfect game for his skill set. He is 10 time USA Pickleball National Champion, 15 time US Open Champion and 2024 Pickleball Hall of Fame nominee.

Beyond his personal achievements, Dave is passionate about sharing pickleball, conducting clinics in more than 20 US states and aiming to reach all 50. Dave's contagious enthusiasm reflects the sport's remarkable growth, anticipating a future with many more million pickleball players in the whole world.

After retiring as a Navy pilot Paul Olin started to dominate on Pickleball courts. He has conquered them with the same tenacity that defined his TOPGUN days.

From 2019 to 2021, Paul was ranked as the #1 Senior Pro Pickleball Player. He is a Pickleball World Champion (singles & doubles), three-time National Champion, and a seven-time US Open medalist (three golds!). His trophy haul boasts four Tournament of Champions golds and a staggering 156 medals (68 gold, 60 silver, 28 bronze).

Paul's passion goes beyond personal glory: he coached the MLP Columbus Pickleball Club, sharing his wisdom and inspiring future stars. His IPTPA Level II and PPR certifications solidify his dedication to the sport's growth.

Paul's story is a testament to resilience and reinvention. He is a champion who traded the cockpit for the court, proving that retirement can be a Launchpad for new victories.

Ho is all in on pickleball! He's been playing pickleball for over 4 years now. After one year, he became a USA Pickleball Ambassador for the city of Santa Monica, CA, where he promoted and supported the growth of pickleball and gave free Introduction to Pickleball lessons every weekend. 

In 2021, he obtained the official PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) Coach Certification. Ho teaches pickleball to all levels of players from absolute beginners and improvers, to intermediate and advanced players. His style of teaching engages the players to "feel it in the body" to truly improve their skill and game. Ho calls it "Tai Chi Pickleball", where the entire body is engaged and played in a calm and controlled way. 

In 2022, he founded the Santa Monica Pickleball Club, a non-profit organization. He is known in Santa Monica as the "Mayor of Pickleball" & "Pickleball Ho" and in the Los Angeles area as the “Pickleball guru”, as he continues to be an overall pickleball consultant for players, the city, and for centers. 

In 2018, Michele converted from tennis to pickleball to prepare for the US Transplant Games in 2018. She quickly fell in love with this sport.

In 2019, Michele earned the PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) Coach Certification and the IFP (International Federation of Pickleball) instructor certification.

In 2021, Michele founded MD Pickleball Academy to share her passion of pickleball with others. The academy offers programs and instruction for players of all ages and abilities. She quickly became a Sponsored Engage Pickleball Ambassador.

Michele is the co-founder and director of the All State Pickleball League, a team-based league for players with DUPR ratings ranging from 2.5 to 4.5+. She is also a DUPR Preferred Event Director, organizing and executing Minor League Pickleball Tournaments.

Stephen is a former tennis player who started playing pickleball in the summer of 2017. As a player He participated and won medals in local, state, regional, and national tournaments. Stephen is a certified PCI (Pickleball Coaching International) coach since 2022.

In 2022, he founded the Jersey Devil Pickleball Club to share his passion for pickleball with others. The primary focus of this club is to provide individual or small/large group introductory pickleball coaching for new and advanced beginner players. Stephen is expert in planning and conducting clinics for intermediate and advanced players. Every season he volunteers in providing youth pickleball clinics. The Jersey Devil Pickleball Club is a growing community of pickleball enthusiasts where Stephen is dedicated to promoting the sport and inspiring others to enjoy its many benefits.

Stephen is also Co-Founder and Director of the All State Pickleball League 2022: A team based league with teams of 4-12 players with DUPR’s of 2.5 - 4.5+.

Scott is a former ping pong and tennis player who loves to excel at games. His competitive history in sports and love of learning games propels him to consistently evolve pickleball.

Today he is an ambitious 5+ pickleball tournament player whose sole focus is to grow pickleball enough for it to be in the 2032 Australia Olympics (and compete in it). He plays at the pro qualifier level and aims to debut as a PRO in 2024.

Scott is official coach at Montclair Pickleball (NJ’s #1 Pickleball Academy): his coaching style focuses on making the process of learning pickleball engaging, fun, and leaving with a constant sense of progress and accomplishment. No matter what level the player is, Scott will personally cater the coaching style to fit the needs of the individual. Showing up and deliberately exercising is enough accomplishment for a healthy body, mind, soul.
