Day 1: Buongiorno Sicilia!

• Morning: Arrive at Trapani-Birgi Airport (TSP).

• Transfer: Enjoy a comfortable and scenic transfer to your hotel in Marsala.

• Check-In: Settle into your comfortable accommodations and freshen up after your flight.

• Welcome Dinner: In the evening, join your fellow travelers for a delightful themed dinner, a chance to meet your guides and get to know each other. Savor the flavors of Sicily with a delicious regional meal that sets the tone for the culinary adventure ahead. (Dinner included)

Day 2: Pickleball & Marsala Exploration

• Morning: Get your pickleball fix with a morning session at the local courts. Enjoy some drills, friendly matches, and time to work on your skills under the Sicilian sun.

• Afternoon: After lunch, embark on tour of Marsala's charming city center. Explore the historic streets, baroque architecture, and the impressive cathedral. Immerse yourself in the town's rich history and vibrant culture. Next, visit the fascinating Marsala Salt Pans, a unique natural landscape where salt production has been a tradition for centuries. Learn about the traditional methods and witness the stunning salt flats that shimmer under the sun.

Day 3: Temples & Sicilian Cuisine Cooking Class

• Morning: This adventure takes you to the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the ancient ruins of Segesta, a magnificent Doric temple offering breathtaking views. 

• Afternoon: after lunch, journey to the Temple of Hera, another impressive archaeological marvel dating back to the 5th century BC.

• Evening: dive into the world of Sicilian cuisine with a hands-on cooking class. Learn the secrets of preparing traditional dishes from local chefs and unleash your inner chef. Put your newfound skills to the test as you prepare a delightful dinner, which you'll enjoy with your fellow travelers. (Cooking class and dinner included)

Day 4: Pickleball & Wine Delights

• Morning: Get your daily dose of pickleball with a session at the local courts.

• Afternoon: Spend some free time relaxing at the Hotel or at the beach.

• Immerse yourself in the world of the famous Marsala wine with a visit to a local winery. Learn about the winemaking process, tour the  cellars, and indulge in a tasting session of unique wines. and ejoy the exquisite dinner.

Day 5: Islands Paradise

• Embark on a thrilling boat trip to the enchanting Egadi Islands, an archipelago known for its pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and captivating landscapes. Explore the largest island, Favignana, or spend the day swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the wonderful beach.

Day 6: Pickleball & Trapani Charm

• Morning: Start your day with another invigorating clinic of pickleball at the local courts.

• Afternoon: After lunch, set off on a trip to the charming town of Trapani, known for its historic port and scenic beauty. Explore the bustling fish market, wander the narrow streets lined with shops, and admire the stunning views from the hilltop. Next, continue your journey to the medieval town of Erice, perched atop Mount San Giuliano. Immerse yourself in the town's unique atmosphere, explore the cobbled streets, and marvel at the panoramic vistas.

Day 7: Pickleball & Farewell Dinner

• Morning: Enjoy one last day of pickleball full of clinics and matches before your departure.

• Afternoon: Spend some free time relaxing at your own pace. Perhaps visit some souvenir shops or indulge in a final Sicilian gelato.

• Farewell Dinner: Tonight, gather for a heartwarming farewell dinner with your fellow travelers and guides. Share stories and memories of your unforgettable Sicilian adventure. (Dinner included)

Day 8: Departure Day

• Wake up and move to the Airport of Trapani (TPS)

• Time to say Good-Bye…. And for sure, we will meet to the next Pickleball Italy Trip
